Institute IPSSA N. Bergese acts in the Hospitality and Catering field. It offers its students courses in the sectors of cooking, baking and hospitality, with several opportunities for professional training (projects, competitions, internships, etc.).

Classes can be held in the morning, afternoon or evening, depending on the age of the learners and / or their work requirements. • The Institute welcomes about 1500 learners, 150 teachers and 30 laboratory staff. The school has 4 kitchens, 4 restaurant floors, 4 bars, 1 hotel laboratory, 1 pastry laboratory, 4 IT laboratory, 1 conference room and a linguistic laboratory. IPSSA Bergese manages as well a hotel restaurant in a close by location.

The Institute is a leading memer of RENAIA, the Italian network of catering and hospitality upper secondary school and member or Fri.Sa.Lis. A network promoting international studend excanges worlwide. Bergese Institute boasts a decade of experience in the field of hotel training. Throughout its history, it has participated in numerous training projects, competitions, exhibitions and events in the field of hotel hospitality, cuisine and tourist reception.

IPSSA Nino Bergese has won numerous competitions in gastronomy, culinary arts and estaurant/bar service. The institute is an active member of schools networks in the field of hotel hospitality and for study internationalization . Recently the institute took part in Erasmus + projects specifically dedicated to hospitality art.
